TITLE 24 COOL ROOF SYSTEMS

This is an energy saver system that has been around for a long time, encouraged by many cities as a way to save energy. A great way to help your energy bill during these times.  Nowadays, this comes in different types of products that makes it finally available for residential as well.   These energy saver roofing materials have become more affordable, which is getting closely comparable to standard roofs.   We recommend using cool roofs, especially on commercial buildings, for the fact that in most cities it has become a requirement.  Residential is still an exception, keeping it optional, but it is still recommended.  As an added benefit, you may receive a tax credit for installing an energy efficient roof (however please consult your tax advisor to confirm any savings).
